Official Rules:

The Sweepstakes is organized by AllWei JetPCB, winning members must comply with the award program in order to be qualified to claim winning prize.

1. All information must be completed correctly to win, incorrect or incomplete information will be disqualified in the event as result.
2. The winner is responsible for taxes and all other cost and expenses by laws, and shall be governed by, and constructed in accordance with, the Law of Taiwan R.O.C.
3. By participation in the sweepstakes, entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
4. These activities cannot be use with other combination such as promotions, discount, etc.
5. If by any special condition or incident JetPCB cannot provide the prize as result, we are reserves the right to exchange equivalent products.
6. JetPCB will not otherwise notify individually for any change/ add on/ or suspension of the event.
7. JetPCB reserves the right in revision of the terms, suspension, and termination of the event in accordance with laws, company policies, market changes or other forces.
8. The prizes cannot be converted, transferred or redeemed for cash.

Internet Orders Definition

1. The “Online Order iPad Giveaway” is open to qualified members of the JetPCB Taiwan and European market, balance due must be paid in full before claiming winning prize.
2. To enter the Sweepstakes, members must place order online through JetPCB website. E-Mail, Fax and phone orders will not be qualified to enter the Sweepstakes.
3. Only online orders with 100euro pre-tax or more, will be qualified to enter the Sweepstakes. Freight charges will not count towards the requirement amount.
4. The “1-5 PCS promotion” will not be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.
5. After completion of the ordering online, website system will automatic generate ‘’order number’’, each order holds a one lucky draw.
6. More order equal more chance of winning.

 

Drawing

1. First Draw: (qualified orders between 9-Oct-2012 and 30-Nov-2012) on or about 07-Dec-2012. Prize: Two (2) New iPad.
2. Second Draw: (qualified orders between 1-Dec-2012 and 31-Dec-2012) on or about 07-Jan-2013. Prize: Two (2) New iPad.
3. Third Draw: (qualified orders between 1-Jan-2013 and 31-Jan-2013) on or about 07-Feb-2013. Prize: Two (2) New iPad.
4. The Sweepstakes drawing will take place at 6F-4, No.200, Gang-Qian Rd.,Taipei 10494 Taiwan, R.O.C, with a impartial third party witness publicly.
5. At the conclusion of each period, JetPCB or a third party designated by JetPCB, will select two (2) potential winners in a random drawing of all qualified orders received.

 

Sweepstakes Results

1. JetPCB will announce the drawing result on JetPCB official website within one week from the date of the sweepstakes, and will make attempts to notify the winner by phone and e-mail.
2. The prizes will be delivered within 90days after the end of event. All returned and undelivered prizes will remain in JetPCB possession, if a member cannot be contacted within 30 days after the first attempt to contact him/her, the potential winning member will then forfeit the right to claim the prize.

 

General Conditions

1. Employees of JetPCB, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household member of each such employee are not eligible.
2. JetPCB reserved the right to change campaign website, activities, rules, awards, event period without prior individual notice, however please refer to the official website for any adjustments.
3. JetPCB will not notify individually for unqualified orders.
4. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes an entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of JetPCB, which are final and binding.

 

Additional Conditions

1. Unless otherwise noted in the order placed online, the receiver of the winning prize will be set as the registered contact on the account.
2. The winning members are required to pay the balance due in full, if not will be deemed to have forfeited the qualification.
